We asked Jamie if she could design a necklace with one of our favorite mottos – Love Me Love My Cat – she was more than happy to – and so this necklace was born.

Jamie Bichler creates unique and beautiful jewelry that often blends a touch of whimsy with inspirational words. She uses recycled metals as her canvas – hand etching her images and hand stamping each letter of the hidden message found inside.

In Her Words: 

“I have been making jewelry for twenty years falling in love after college in my first casting class. Taking and eventually teaching classes during that time I developed a unique style bred from the love of hand cutting each tube rivet, stamping each letter. I blend my love of words, literature, politics and the desire to empower women together to make jewelry that is both inspirational and fun. I try to play with words, making statements with humor and positive associations that can appeal to a broad range of wearers. I donate to animal shelters along the west coast. I live in Laguna Beach with my wonderful husband Arthur, my super dog & muse Star and a cat named Mouse.”
