The classic iridescent beauty of Chris Paulson’s fused glass art is awesome. In his Eugene Oregon Studio, he handcrafts each fused glass platter and tray - using an ancient gradual heating and cooling technique dating back over 4,000 years. The Artist uses special compatible glass that when placed in a kiln at temperatures in excess of 1450 degrees Fahrenheit fuse together. 

Through his artistry and technical expertise in glass cutting and design, he transforms the shimmering iridescent glass into contemporary functional art.  

Chris fuses colored iridized glass over clear –creating a rainbow effect over the surface of the glass. All platters and trays are food safe with plastic bumpers for stability.
