Special Note on Media Shipping for the Children's Book:  Snow Bunny the Deer

All Books are shipped via Media Mail - with some exceptions. 

If you are buying 1 - 4 Books with other items -  Regular Shipping Policy applies.  ($8 Flat Rate Shipping; Free Shipping for Total Purchase of $50+)

If you are buying 5+ Books with or without other items - Please Contact us -  extra shipping may apply because of weight.  

 For those buying One Book and this is your Entire Purchase -

Snow Bunny can be shipped via TWO methods:

(a) Media Mail for $4.00 (Check the 1st Choice in the Drop Down Box for a $4 Shipping Refund in the Drop Down Box before clicking "Add to Shopping Bag" or

(b) Priority Mail for regular Flat Rate of $8.00

For those buying Two Books and this is your Entire Purchase -

Snow Bunny will be shipped Media Mail at $6.00 (Check the 2nd Choice in the Drop Down Box for a $2 Shipping Refund before clicking "Add to Shopping Bag"

If you would like 1-2 Books shipped USPS Priority Mail - regular Shipping Policy applies. 

If you are buying  3 Snow Bunny Books - Regular Shipping Policy Applies. Flat Rate Shipping of $8.  Total Purchase of $50 or more qualifies for FREE SHIPPING

If You are buying 4 Books - Regular Shipping Policy Applies. All Books (bought without anything else) are generally shipped MEDIA MAIL.

If you are buying 5+ Books, please Contact us to discuss a special Shipping Price.  

We regret that we cannot offer 5+ Books  for Free Shipping. (due to added weight) Shipping Costs will be as nominal as possible.

If you are buying one to four Snow Bunny Books and continuing to shop for other items  - regular Shipping Policy applies:  flat rate shipping policy of $8 will apply.

And of course ....Free Shipping for a total purchase of $50 or more.

Online Shipping Policy

All Shipping refers to regular Ground Shipping within the Continental USA. 

We ship USPS, FedEx, and UPS ground shipping in the 48 contiguous United States.

All Work is carefully packed and sent to you fully insured.

We are happy to ship Ground to APO and FPO addresses. 

Please contact the Gallery BEFORE placing an Order - for questions about shipping to Canada, shipping internationally, over-size packages, and expedited shipping – determined on a case-by-case basis.

 

YES!

We offer FREE SHIPPING on most items shipped Ground (within the continental US only) – as soon as your Total Purchase Price is $50.00 and UP.

Please contact us first - before placing your Order - if you are outside of the continental USA or in Alaska or Hawaii -or in Canada -  to determine if shipping to Canada or international shipping can be arranged or is feasible due to the extra costs. All extra costs associated with international shipping and shipping to Canada are the responsibility of the customer.

Please always provide a street address.

Please never provide a Post Office Box as your shipping address.  Thanks!

 

A few Exceptions ... 

Free ground shipping in the continental USA applies to standard size and weight packages only and is valid only when ordering through The Magical Animal’s Online Website.  

Oversize packages, shipping destinations to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or international destinations do not qualify for either free shipping or flat rate shipping of $8.00.

Ground Shipping costs and individual Product Availability depend on many individual factors unique to Handmade Work. One particular factor that we must always consider is the Artist’s Production Schedule at the time of your Order.

Some exceptions to our General Free Shipping Policy may occasionally apply to non-jewelry items – depending in part, on particular size and weight of Product, fragility of the Product, the complexity involved in packing an item, multiple item Purchase requiring an over-sized box or multiple boxes, or special requirements that may arise when shipping to remote areas.

In all of these cases, if we determine that free shipping is not possible for us to offer - we will keep your costs as nominal as possible – amounting at most, to our actual cost to ship your Purchase. We will Email you immediately to notify you if shipping cost exceptions need to be applied to your Order.

Expedited Shipping

UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select express may sometimes be available; this is determined on a case-by-case basis. We can use your own FedEx Account Number if you prefer; the shipping cost will be the actual cost to send your package to you.

 

Shipping outside of the continental USA ... and the Canada Question...

Shipping outside of the continental USA - and Shipping to Canada - is usually NOT Available because of the Expense. 

Please Call or contact us before placing your Order to Canada or internationally or outside the continental USA – to see if shipment can be worked out. Your responsibility will include the actual shipping cost plus any additional costs or arrangements that may need to be made to facilitate the shipment.

We regret that Free Shipping is not available for shipment outside the continental USA. 

We regret that we are unable to offer free shipping or flat rate shipping to orders that require shipping outside of the continental USA . 

While we can ship to Canada and internationally - all associated additional costs including customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

How Much Time does it take to Ship your Order?

In Stock items usually ship within 72 hours – often sooner. Please allow at least 2 to 10 business days from the day we ship to receive your order – depending on the distance you are from our Gallery location in Florida.

Insurance is always included with your shipping cost.

Availability and shipping times differ with each artist, as do our order times with various artists; most pieces usually ship within 1-6 weeks – once an Order to the Artist is made.  

What about various “Out of Stock” Products?

All work is handcrafted and most is made to order by the individual artists or studios represented in our Gallery. Each Artist works on a production schedule with varied production capabilities. If an item is not in stock, our time frame will be dependent on the artist’s own work schedule and on our typical ordering pattern with the Artist.

Some Artists are featured year-round; others on a more periodic schedule – providing an ever-changing Collection of Work in the Gallery.

When a year-round Artist has an “out of stock” item, you may find the estimated time period for next shipment noted on its Product Page.

If you are interested in ordering an item that is “out of stock”, and there is no indication of a back-order time estimate on the Product Page, please email us at info@themagicalanimal.net or use the Email Icon on each Product Page to check for future availability; for an estimated ship date; and or for questions you may have.

We’ll try our best to make it happen!

We will advise on availability and estimated shipping time via E-mail to you regarding estimated shipping time after consulting with the Artist.

In the unlikely event that you have paid for a back-order item and we learn from the Artist that he/she is unable to complete the Order, you will promptly receive an E-Mail from us and we will issue a complete refund of the item’s price and shipping that you paid for the unavailable item. 

Rest assured that The Magical Animal makes all effort to ensure that your back order is placed and handled in a timely manner.

 

For All Orders...

All orders and back-orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. 

Your credit card is charged at the time you place an order.

 

Once an Order is Placed in our System for shipping and is packed and ready to ship, the Order can rarely be changed. 

Please Note: The Magical Animal is not responsible for incorrect addresses that are provided to us. Once the Order is in transit, The Magical Animal cannot change the Order or re-route to another address.  Thank You for your understanding.

Sales Tax & Credit Card Payment:

The Magical Animal accepts credit card payments from Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Because The Magical Animal operates in Florida, we must collect 6% sales tax on orders shipped to Florida locations – in addition to the cost of noted shipping charges. Those who are located outside of Florida will not be charged sales tax for orders placed through our Website, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.

We reserve the right to charge the correct price if an obvious “typo” occurred in printed priced item.  All pricing is subject to change without notice – due to a variety of reasons including changes in the prices of artist’s materials and costs, and an artist's decision to raise his or her prices.
